New on Netflix – November 30th and December 7th

It’s a Post-Thanksgiving Movie Feast!

Well, now that we’re full of Thanksgiving and already fed up with Christmas, it’s time to sit back, forget about the holiday madness and pop in a movie.  Or ten.  Let’s see what’s new on DVD and on Netflix for the next two weeks.

Not wanting to be overlooked – because all things Twilight are – so often overlooked – we have a special Saturday DVD release!  My heart flutters, and my stomach churns:

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (romance, Kristin Stewart, Robert Pattinson) – Netflix and DVD release, DVD and Blu-Ray

December 7th

Shrek Forever After (family animation, Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy) – Netflix and purchase release, DVD and Blu-Ray

Inception (sci-fi thriller, Leonardo DiCaprio, Joseph Gordon-Levitt) – Purchase release, DVD and Blu-Ray, Netflix release delayed until January, 2011

Yikes.  Slim Pickings.  Well, I guess there’s a little something for someone and a lot of nothing for most of us.  But I’ll be seeing The Sorcerer’s Apprentice long before I lay eyes on that Twilight movie.  Just to prove that I’m as grumpy and contrary as ever.  But we can look forward to The Kids are All Right on December 14th.  Light at the end of the crap tunnel.  Grumble, grumble, grumble…
