Charlie Wilson’s War: This dramedy earned five nominations, including nods for Tom Hanks and Philip Seymour Hoffman.

Cate Blanchett, Philip Seymour Hoffman: Both actors were doubly-nominated in Best and Supporting categories.

LOSERS

Gone Baby Gone: Amy Ryan was the only one to receive a nomination for this movie, as The Brothers Affleck (director Ben, star Casey) were passed over.
